"Man's Search for Meaning"
by Viktor Frankl

Man’s Search for Meaning is one of the most powerful and inspirational books I’ve ever read. Even after reading this 10 years ago, it still sticks with me. Written in 1959 by Holocaust survivor and psychologist Viktor Frankl, this book describes how finding a deep personal sense of meaning and purpose in life—even in the darkest moments—can give us the strength to survive. Despite losing his family and enduring horrific circumstances, Victor Frankl shares how the human spirit can persevere. Heartbreaking yet deeply moving, this book even includes moments where humor helped bring hope to fellow prisoners. I highly recommend this book to depict how strong the human spirit can be even faced with extreme adversity.
